Improve disclosure when placing surveillance cameras within communities.

There is a lack of information communicated to the people in various communities who have recently had/are subject to having surveillance cameras installed in their neighborhoods. To consider streets and areas outside the home public does not justify perpetual observing by authority organizations. According to the Hawthorne Effect (McCarney R 2007), individuals alter their behavior when conscious of being observed; empirically proving infringing on a humans right to act and operate naturally and comfortably. For this reason, the value the administration places upon the psychological well-being of it's people must increase. Thusly, ethically and sufficiently disclosing any and all information regarding surveillance with the inhabitants of selected area.
