EB3 Processing times for some countries has been stalled at 2002. There are thousands of people who have been filed under Eb3 and waiting for Eb3 since then. The Current Processing times are greater than 10 years. People are on the same jobs for more than 10 years waiting to get their Green card processed. All of these applicants by now would be greatly qualified for EB2 and get GC faster.
There is a Absolute need to look at this process as there is a fundamental flaw in how this working in the last Decade.
