First of all, I would have placed this in the category 'men's issues', but there is no such category.
Second of all, over the past decade, boys have been significantly underperforming in terms of grades and college enrollments. We also see strong racial differences. The government (of the USA and other Western nations) needs to come with solutions, such as quotas for male teachers, or sex-segregated classes to give a few examples
Unfortunately, we have not seen any institution pay serious attention this issue. All while the consequences of this will be quite serious. Low education will lead to higher crime, and with men being the greatest part of the labor force, the labor force shall be more uneducated.
