improve employment in the United States through mandatory human resources classes for employers and new employment tools

Created by D.T. on September 20, 2013

Too many people do not know how to hire people as human resources classes are not mandatory in college. Everyone does what they grew up with and as each generation has different ideas about work , Those who really need jobs get left behind and live in poverty dependent on food stamps and disability income. This problem of unemployment and underemployment can be solved by dividing the country into sections with an agency to put people to work and employers who do not take the class having no say in employees. This will reduce those needing food stamps and assistance programs. The money spent for criminals will decrease as people have money to spend on services creating jobs.Employment will increase also if for one year, you pay everyone $5000 a month. This will get rid of the national debt.
