We the people need federal laws to implement new and improved rape laws. Better educationsl classes. Remove the time limit for reporting rape. As children don't always have the ability. And as adults might need all their strength just to move forward. We need a court that only hears rape cases. We need better laws to penilize those that don't report rape when it involves a minor.
