Improve federal voting laws by requiring intelligence tests of all voters.

Created by J.C. on December 13, 2012

Previous election results have demonstrated the majority of US voters have not only limited information but are also limited in the ability to think for themselves.

We petition the government to filter out any person who cannot demonstrate the ability to reasonably consider issues without chanting slogans or repeating the opinions of pundits by rote.

Voter turn out being 50-60% of registered voters (which is 80% of eligible voters) results in as little as 40% total turnout. Since the winner of elections typically recieves 50-55% of the vote this translates to 20% of Americans deciding the election.

If 20% of US citizens decide an election, isn't it extremely important that these people have the capability to exercise reasonable thought processes?
