The green card processing times (through employment) have become highly unpredictable with no indication of when the backlogs will be cleared. This has led to a high level of frustration and endless waiting for individuals. The current process also forces them to stick to their employer and opens up for exploitation.
This petition is hereby to demand streamlining the Green Card process in an acceptable manner to law abiding, tax paying, highly educated professional workers in an acceptable/reasonable and deterministic time frames ( < 3 years). This will only help retain capable talent contributing towards the growth of the country in speciality areas of technology, medicine and science.
