Beautiful buildings here and they are advancing in architecture as the millennium continues. Sadly, some of the teachers are right out of college and provide a more hands on approach suitable for a third world country - diminishing the pathway to a standard secondary education, and harming the chances for an immediate trip into higher education. Quality can be better. May be we need to sort of redefine our policies towards schools. Fix our problems here. Forget about military expanding! We need good people for our tomorrow. We need good leaders out of these schools not a bunch of criminals!
