Improve the manners of our country's citizens by legalizing dueling.

In today's society those who have no respect for others constantly assault those who do have respect for others. They do so because the laws limit the rights of the law abiding citizen to defend themselves against verbal, physical, economic, and other forms of attack. A street hood can come up and play the "knock out" game because the laws lean in their favor. If however, dueling were legalized and there a possibility of someone paying for an insult or wrong they intentionally do to another then perhaps they will think before they act and hopefully their bad behaviors wont develop to the point where 2 legged animals control our streets.
