Improve the health care situation for veterans who are receiving sub par care at VA facilities by giving them the option to enroll in Tri-care insurance or another form of government funded insurance so that they can get the care they need. Most veterans are having to wait months to see their Primary care doctors, mental health specialists, and specialty doctors without ever really helping fix the problem. This would let veterans work with doctors who actually care about their patients instead of backlogged VA doctors.
