Improve network service of the Ruifeier University of Toptan

We are students of Ngauliusui Occpational Academy in Hong Kong, China. We often open five man black in dota on 11 battling platform, but the network is too Car such that we often suffer from logging off and the delay is too long. We hope Obama can send someone to improve the network of our school.
