The United States military is one of the most powerful in the world. However, there is one major thing plaguing our glorious military, and that is DMR sniping plebs camping in hills. This is a very not honorable tactic and should be discouraged. A very simple way to discourage this is to implement a pay per kill system. This system is very flexible and can be adjusted as needed. It does not directly have to be pay per kill directly either. It could be something as simple as saying “if you don't confirm a kill today, you won't eat but will still get paid”. A way to encourage more kills overall for snipers would be to make all snipers regardless of country kill on sight during their hours of operation. With this they will be racking up a kill count in no time!
