The companies managing our telecommunications infrastructure have in place practices that stifle innovation. Limited upload speeds, bandwidth caps, and low data speeds are not what America needs for the internet of the 21st Century. We need to improve our telecommunications infrastructure so that we are no longer a Second World Nation in terms of our access to the internet.
