Insomuch as Regular exercise can and should be enjoyed by as many Americans as possible, and Running is a cost-effective form of Regular exercise, and Rover Runners have created a fun and attractive format for Running on a Regular basis, and it is widely accepted that Rover Runners have lower stress levels and better health than the general population; the undersigned believe that a nationwide Rover Runner Regimen would lower the national health care costs.
