Improve police officer integrity and accountability with mandatory body cameras.

Created by P.P. on April 10, 2015

Protect good cops and punish bad cops by mandating the use of body cameras on all police officers.

- Require all uniformed officers to wear and use body cameras on all stops. Non-compliance should result in immediate termination.

- External audits of at least 2 stops per week per officer. Policy violations should result in disciplinary measures up to and including termination.

- External audits of all police violence complaints.

- Make all body camera video available by FIOA request.

Restore the trust in the police force by ensuring that everyone wearing the badge is worthy of the people's trust.
