Improve relations with Russia. They have the fire power to wipe us off the map as we have the same Cappabilities to do.

If Russia and the us are close allies the world would be much safer. There would be nobody that could touch either country and we wouldn't have the threat of going to war with them. No country like Korea or Iran would dare mess with us or any of our allies. This would prevent a world war three just by the sake of nobody being able to beat us. We can't be enemies we both have too many high tech nuclear weapons.
