Solar Radiation Management constitutes an important way to combat dangerous climate change. Nevertheless, at the moment research on Solar Radiation Management is not as active as it should be given its potentially crucial role in averting the negative consequences of climate change. We therefore call on Congress to officially recognize the relevance of research on Solar Radiation Management.
