I believe that our government can do a better job of policing those inmates who prey upon other inmates to sodomize them, prostitute them, rape them or sexually molest them. I believe that rape is a terrible thing to do to an individual and even prisoners deserve the right to serve their time out in peace and free from all hurt harm and danger.
