*Research the most effective science to be taught to each grade. Upgrade the texts accordingly.
*Teach vocabulary first. A first grader can spell cell and a first grader can draw a cell (light microscope view). Videos can replace microscopes. A 5 year old can learn supercalifragilisticixpialidocious, so a 6 year old can learn deoxyribonucleic acid. The child does not have to be able to read or spell the words to learn the vocabulary of science. Knowing the vocab makes learning science in high school much easier.
* Retrain the teachers, or (better) provide special teachers for science, which will be integrated into ALL OTHER SUBJECTS.
*Give grants for science materials. Let students and qualified parents bring science info and materials into the classroom, including live animals.
