Improve Service members pay checks to the point that they no longer qualify for WIC or Food Stamps.

As long as Service Members are qualifying for WIC and Food Stamps their pay needs to increase with inflation. Service Members care more about taking care of their famlies over any training event. Quality of life is far more important than quality of training.
