Improve sexual education in middle and high school.

I just want to be informed by people who know what they're talking about, not slut shamed or afraid to have sex. My health teacher says I will get pregnant and my life will be ruined no matter what happens, to paraphrase his overly long lecture on how painful and bad sex is and that teens should pretty much not touch each other at all. I'm fourteen. I don't plan on running out of the school as soon as I know how sex works (even though I've gotten the gist already), I just don't want to hurt myself when the time comes.
