Improve Standardized Testing by Introducing Different Intellectual Assessments

We, as high school students in California, have identified some flaws of the standardized testing system. We understand that this type of testing is the easiest way to assess a large amount of students, but it is not taken into consideration how ineffective, inaccurate, and stressful it is to students. This type of testing does not truly reflect the intelligence of the students as some are not the best at taking tests or they have they have mental health problems or a disability. We would like there to be various types of ways to assess us students based on our certain learning styles whether that be creative projects, essays, acting, etc. In result, this method of assessment will be the most fair and will reflect our true intelligence.
