Improve the streamline for green card applications from foreigner young scientists and engineers

The current immigration self petition available for young and promissing scientists and engineers is complicated and requires use of attorney and spend several thousand dollars towards over ten thousand dollards, a lot stress, time and the process is not straight forward. I am proposing a new straight forward and simplified system for immigration petition from high skilled immigrants based on score, 2-3 reference letters, and submission of qualifications online. Most of postdocs and young foreigner researchers do not own enough to cover the legal fees. I would like the government to discuss this issue and propose better and less burocratic solution like those from Canada, some european countries, and asian countries. Permanent residency is pretty much requirement for our career advancement
