The crisis in Syria continues today with no end in sight. The US's policy has recently been almost exclusively focused on ISIS while the underlying and more pressing issues that led to the civil war go unaddressed. The USG must seek a comprehensive solution to the crisis in Syria. Continuing only with airstrikes against ISIS will not bring peace to Syria.
