We request that you improve the site's verification process. Or, shut the site down, entirely. It is far too easy for people to access this site, and create a petition. An email address does not prove that those creating petitions are legal US citizens, and at least 18 years of age. Nor, does it prove that the same person isn't logging in from multiple email addresses, and signing over and over again. In light of the fact that all 50 States have petitions to secede, and, considering the gravity of the issue, it is important to know petitions are not being generated by non- US citizens, or kids. We ask you to improve site verification for each poster, in the form of Drivers License #, Voter Id #, or SSI #. Or, shut the site down, if proper verification isn't possible.
