The "We the People" site is chalk full of petitions that are state specific. It is to my understanding that certain petitions, such as, the decision to secede from the union are being allowed to garner signatures from people throughout the country regardless of whether they live in that state or not. This is misleading and unrepresentative of the people of these states as well as the fact that it allows people to sign many times on similar petitions for other states. This seems to be a small problem with this site.
