1. re-define and regulate what is considered "full time" employment at the federal level.
2. At the federal level re-define and regulate overtime pay standards for salaried retail workers. Paying "salaried" managers for 40 hours worked and expecting them to work 50+ hours weekly is unacceptable.
3. At the federal level require non-food retailers to close on major holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, New Years Day, Christmas, Easter, and Memorial Day,
5. At the federal level create and enforce federal "day of rest" regulations that require non-food retailers to have their "salaried" managers to have off on Saturday or Sunday.
