Inaccurate urine testing done in pain management clinics, misinformation on medical reports and patient profiling.

I believe this is very important because myself included & numerous people have received urine testing only to come back with something in their system they have never taken. I believe that more accurate testing should be done, as I have had doctors tell me of different types of medications that can cause false results. PM's do not like to look into this because they would like to label everyone As addicts. Something needs to be done about this situation as I have had false information put on my medical records and in accurate testing which is now on my records. I have even went to the doctor with all of my records and they still would not change it, which affects my character as a person.
