Inact a government review of legislation to tag information based media as Fact, Fiction, Fringe or Opinion.

I humbly propose government review of legislation to tag all information based media as follows;
Fact: Information is consistent with scientifically accepted information.
Fiction: Information is not consistent with scientifically accepted information.
Fringe: Information is supported with only weak or newly emerging scientific information.
Opinion: Information is predominantly supported only by personal opinion and subjective information.
An example follows: "In other news today, the President recommended tax reform" [Fact] "this being another attempt to destroy the American way of life" [Fiction] "I for one believe the President to be a closet socialist" [Opinion] "meanwhile new studies suggest his budget will bankrupt the country by 2099" [Fringe]
