Inact "I Will Surrender Law" protects our civil rights,makes those accountable if rights are Violated, and brings peace.

I want to start " I Will Surrender Law" this law covers citizens and police for safety for both and punishment for both.
If someone is being arrested, confronted by the police you say " I will Surrender "
The police should not use excessive force, choke, hit, beat, or use any weapon to arrest after " I.W.S" is called out and if force is used after "I.W.S" is called out officer will be docked pay, suspended, fired, and even brought on charges that is subject to jail time if the person being arrested winds up dying from arrest.
Second for police if suspect says "I will Surrender " and the suspect lies and attacks, shoots, injures or kills a police officer by the suspect after calling out "I Will Surrender " then sentence will be 24hr hold, fine, and jail time if officer ends up dying fr
