Inact a one strike law for any law enforcement personnel while on duty or off, use unecessary / excessive force.

A one strike law to bar from employment in any law enforcement capacity both private and goverment, any law enforcement personnel found guilty of using unnecessary and or excessive force causing injury, disability or death to an individual or individuals while on duty or off duty. To apply their up to date pension funds to support the needs of that individual or individuals and or their heirs, in the case of death arising from the incident. To also permanently rescind any and all weapons permits and right to possess and or use, outside their private residence, for any reason.
As long as a case is pending, that the law enforcement personnel involved, be suspended at half pay rate. Also, to rescind any and all weapons permits and the right to use and or possess, as mentioned above.
