Inact into permanent Law that an Unbalanced Budget or/and Deficit over 100 Billion by Government is considered Treason.

Make it Illegal for Any Federal Government Elected Official or Position to have an unbalanced budget or create a unbalanced budget for more than a year, and to never allow a 100 Billion dollar deficit without an act of Large Scale War by Congress. It should be law that it is Treasonous to mismanage Government funds or Tax dollar, which actuality are the Citizens of the U.S.A’s money which was given to the Government in good faith.
The mismanagement of funds and debt by the Government are the responsibility of the Politician and Elected Official, and not to be recouped by the public or Private Enterprise. It is treason against the United States to mismanage the countries money. All Debts incurred must be fully public and open Record and actionable by any citizen of the United States.
