America is for winners and winners deserve to celebrate. Every football player in America has a natural right to dance in the endzone after they score a touchdown. Bureaucratic bullies have oppressed this natural right by implementing strict rules prohibiting the exercise of this natural right. An Executive Order is necessary to end this oppression. An Executive Order must be issued that recognizes and preserves this natural right as an inalienable right that may never be infringed by any government entity or athletic association.
