Inalienable rights are inalienable. You are innocent until proven guilty.

In order to provide for a fair trial to all individuals who are believed to have commited a crime, an individual must be read their meranda rights. The jury, not the FBI, determines the status of an individuals guilt. Not providing such a right endangers the individual's ability to defend his or her self in a court of law. In this case, the defendend is believed to be a terrorist and is already hated by the public body. It is hard to believe that such in individual will be able to have a fair trial to begin with. By claiming that the suspect has done something to forfiete his meranda rights, your administration assumes his guilt. America should not be run by police organizations; the meranda rights are one such check against this. There are no exceptions to inalienable rights.
