Allow for all government employees to be able to have Inauguration Day off as a federal holiday every 4 years, NOT just to the Washington, D.C. area exclusively, to witness the transition of power due to it being a historical event and the fact that it is those government employees that help keep our government running. They should be able to witness the process and tradition that comes with having a new president.
