Dear White House,
I am the Senator of the nation of Incamia, and I represent my president's cabinet in this petition. Our nation is a very successful one, with very advanced technology and a very strong governmental system. However, a particular weakness of our's is our borders. There are the Blubber-Lands, Bird-Lands, and the Geek-Lands, all nations who we are at war with. Now, it has been awhile since any of these wars have had any large impact, and Incamia's technology is far superior to these nations, but we cannot perish them. It might be due to their high populations, or their simple stubborn retardation. Either way, we propose an alliance with the US to be able to stop these terrible nations from destroying the world.
