The United States Government shall arrest, detain, and bring to trial any United States citizen that shows sympathy to the enemy during any time of armed conflict, past or present on grounds of Treason. Such an accusation must be supported by the testimony of at least 3 citizens in good standing (good standing determinded thusly - the citizen in question must not be in a county, state, or federal detention center at the time the accusation is made, and s/he must have been out of any afforementioned facilities for at least one year and have no sentence proceedings or probationary status pending or being served upon or against him/her) and at least three photographs, 1 video recording, or 1 audio recording or any combination of the three. All accused persons will then be federally indicted
