In 2009, Robert H. Richards IV plead GUILTY to the rape of his three year old daughter.

While this crime would regularly be punishable by time in prison, due to Mr. Richard's immense wealth and influence, he was only given eight years of probation. Superior Court Judge, Jan Jurden, suggested that he wouldn't "fare well" in prison.
