Incease Budget for Rosacea Research: Affects more than 11 millions americans Pschological damages for sufferers

Created by W.B. on February 03, 2013

Rosacea, a chronic skin inflammation disease, an often neglected matter in the medical research world.

Currently there are no cure for the disease and treaments are not effective in slowing the progress of the disease. The patients could develop permanent disfigurements of the nose if they are not responding well to current treatments. Laser treatments would be the only option to restore. However such treatments are not financially assessible for everyone.

The disease, althought not life threatening, affects the psychological health of millions of americans. With a little more budget directed to the matter, we believe it would make a big difference in a patient's life
