Its called incentive help tax and it works as followed:
1. You must be working full or part time to be apart of it.
2. This will be done for federal, state,city and the working man.
3. Ten dollars will come out for each the federal, state, and city.
4. Every payday there will be a drawling.
5. The drawling will help with debt of our country and the working man.
6. On the day of the drawling you will split three pots with the federal, state, and city
7. There will be 52 drawling every year for federal, state, and city.
8. The incentive is to go to work and help our country and our self.
