We want the current administration to devise and implement a plan, whether through congress or executive order, to incentivize employers to hire over-50 workers. Many of us in that age group have suffered through unemployment and now make up a large portion of the 12.7% of Americans who are underemployed, working part-time and/or earning low wages without benefits.
