The accident in Fort Bragg was anything but an accident. A homosexual military leader, Donna passed away in combat. She died fighting for our country and our freedom yet we could not have comforting, warm open arms to her spouse. We neglected her wife and acted as if she didn;t matter. She did not recieve the folded flag or any of the other things usually given to you after one of the member in your family passes away while deployed. She was treated as though she did not exist. All because she was gay. They treated Donna like she was important. But the moment she passed away she was just another dead lesbian with an annoying, complaining lesbian wife. Donnas life partner deserves to be treated with respect. How is our country going to be a better place if we are stuck in our old ways?
