Include 3rd Party candidates to receive classified intelligence briefings as the two major parties candidates.

This petition is to include 3rd party candidates to receive classified intelligence briefings. Only, the candidates of the two major political parties are eligible for such responsibility.
Such controversial candidates have possibly compromised U.S. National Security through their recklessness. One candidate is accused of mismanagement of classified e-mails. While, another candidate has indirectly invited a foreign power to conduct illegal hacking of his political rival.
If such individuals are allowed to receive classified briefings, then 3rd party candidates should be allowed.
