Include all the NRA training programs in all branches of the Military for firearm safety and to increase the number of NRA instructors
All US military branches should be required to have a small arms and hand to hand weapons and tactics training catalog. This increases physical fitness.
Also all NRA programs should be taught verbatim to all military and NRA instructor exams should be provided to the military as well to increase the number of firearms safety instructors in the USA.
Also US State ran firing ranges should be setup in all counties ran by the Army National Guard to teach citizens firearm safety and fund Army National Guard activities such as ROTC in each county. This will also stimulate the economy across the US. The NRA may also teach at these facilities.
