If we're going to engage in Vice President Joe Biden's "Cancer Moonshot," WE SHOULDN'T CONTINUE TO STIGMATIZE PART OF THE SOLUTION.
CBD and Cannabis/Cannabinoids have been proven effective in treating both the root affliction AND the symptoms. From the National Cancer Institute:
• Cannabis has been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years.
• By federal law, possession of Cannabis is illegal in the United States, except within approved research settings.
• The FDA has not approved Cannabis as a treatment for cancer or any other medical condition.
REMOVE the dark cloud that overshadows cannabis. Open up ALL AVENUES of research, development and access so the Cancer Moonshot isn't just talk.
