Include in any trade treaty workers, safety and environmental provisions

To raise the worldwide standards used in the manufacture of goods and provision of services, all trade treaty shall prohibit the importation of goods and services into the United States that are made in a manner that violate a workers' rights to organize, violate workers' rights to safety, and violate eneryone's right to a clean environment. Violations that prohibit importation are defined as goods made in a manner that would violate U.S. Law applicable to businesses operating under U.S. Jurisdiction. The requirement to meet US standards may be phases in during a period of time no more than five (5) years.
