There are a large number of those who donate graduate from high school to then move on to college. They are either unable to or discouraged to continue their education.
Career classes are courses that offer certification in certain fields (i.e. dental, nursing, physical therapy, etc.).
At least one high school in every school district should have these classes. The high schools without these classes should commute their students to the high school with them if they wish to pursue this path.
If career classes are offered in high schools, students will be able to become certified in their desired field and go straight into entry jobs after high school graduation. Once in these certified positions, students are more inclined to seek out higher education so as to further advance in their field
