Include concrete steps to address climate change in his initiative to grow the Middle Class.

Created by T.G. on July 24, 2013

Climate change is a middle class issue and is not in conflict with everyone's aspirations for prosperity. A better life for our children is only possible in a healthy, temperate and clean environment. It is the essential duty of our government to act in the greater-good interests of our current and future citizens and our neighbors on Earth. The middle class economy is the primary engine of wealth and change for our planet; they are the first adopters of the technologies and new ways of living that can save the environment.

We ask President Obama to include climate change mitigation as an important part of his initiative to build the American economy from the middle out.
