To include Congress in the not getting paid if the government shuts down!

There should be a provision somewhere that says if Congress can't agree to a Budget, or the upcoming Deficit Ceiling that shuts down the government where people don't get paid, Congress should also not be paid until a resolution is agreed to by all parties. Our military should be a priority in getting paid, and in fact probably all of congress's salaries put together could probably pay all of the Military men and women. Pay the military first then Seniors!
