Families across America depend on their pay checks from the federal government. Every time a shut down looms or furloughs occur, congress is exempt. They hold the power to prevent these issues and do not have to deal with the repercussions of their decisions, innocent citizens do. Congress should be included in all pay loss that citizens experience.
